Guthrie County ERC Loan Program, USA
Guthrie County REC's Energy Resource Conservation loans are available to members. With the current loan program, members can borrow up to $5,000 at 5% interest for a maximum of 5 years. These loans can be used to finance the materials and installation costs for energy saving devices and systems such as electric heat pumps, dual fuel systems and geothermal systems.

Orcas Power and Light Cooperative (OPALCO) "Switch It Up!", USA
The program provides debt-free financing to the co-op’s members for the replacement of fossil-fueled residential and commercial equipment with electric equipment. The program also finances electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for both residential and small businesses. Program participants repay OPALCO for these measures as a line item on their monthly bill. The program’s goal is to finance 100 projects per year for the next 10 years. This program is part of OPALCO’s “This Electric Life” initiative to reduce the San Juan Islands’ reliance on fossil fuels by transitioning to all-electric buildings and vehicles (including island ferries).

Holy Cross Energy Power + On-Bill Tariff Program for Battery Energy Storage Systems, USA
Holy Cross Energy launched an on-bill tariff pilot program aimed at financing battery energy storage systems for its members. The program, known as Power+, involves six homes, which will each receive two or three of stationary and rechargeable Tesla Powerwall lithium ion battery packs. Participants will repay Holy Cross Energy over 10 years through a line item on their utility bills, to cover the costs of the Tesla batteries.

How$mart Program, USA
The How$mart Program allows Farmers RECC members to make energy efficiency improvements to their home and to finance those improvements through a low-interest loan which is paid back over a period of time on their Farmers RECC bill.
Energy efficiency improvements can include weatherization and air sealing, replacement of electric furnaces or other electric resistive heat sources, and other measures.

Hawaii Green Energy Money $aver (GEM$), USA
